How many executive recruiters love their industry so much they would go back to school to become certified as a Cheese Scholar?

Fred built his reputation by successfully placing long-term executives in the food and agribusiness industries. Some of these leaders are still in place after a decade or more. He establishes deep and ongoing relationships with boards and leaders, and is often asked to help guide the onboarding of the selected CEO or CFO. Many boards hire him annually to assess CEO/Executive Director performance.

Fred started his career earning his Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, and obtaining Society for HR Management accreditation. And yes, Fred loves the industry so much he actually went back to school to become a certified Cheese Scholar through Cheese State University.
